Aansham Kutir Homestay is nestled in the foothills of Sikkim’s only organic tea estate – Temi Tea Garden. The homestay is a perfect place for nature lovers where guests can enjoy a blend of great hospitality along with mouth watering home cooked organic food. The homestay belongs to Mr. Kamal Chettri and staying there will give you a feeling of staying in a home away from home. There is a beautifully maintained garden upfront which gives you a lovely view of the surrounding areas.

The property is more of a farm stay where guest can sample an array of farmed crops ranging from cardamom fields to orchards of seasonal fruits to local organic vegetables along with dairy to support organic culture. It is surrounded with scenic beauty where parts of the Kanchenjunga range can be seen from the western side of the stay. On the northern side Chorten Nayuma range bordering Tibet can be seen as well as Nathula bordering China.

The place is famous for birds, butterfly especially during the breeding season from March to May where you can wake to a bird call from the adjoining forest.. The tea garden is located at a walking distance of 10 minutes from the where one can go for a factory visit.
