Phamlhakhang Eco Retreat is a traditional homestay involving sustainable and eco- friendly accomodation set in the heart of Singyang Village, below Pelling in West Sikkim. Managed by a Mr. Tshering Wangchuk and his family, a traditional Bhutia family, the rural homestay spans a bio diverse property of organic cardamom, tea and kiwi fruit amidst a serene and panoramic view Mt. Khanchendzonga and its neighbouring peaks. The uncle is a retired person from the agriculture department and he is a real gem who loves taking guests for walks around the agricultural field, sometimes to the monastery and explains about the various culture and traditions in West Sikkim. The home made food from his own organic farm is extremely delicious, simple and authentic.
Guests will love the balcony and the view the of Kanchenjunga and the other mountains from the balcony. Phamlhakhang homestay has a very relaxing and had a peaceful energy and guests will love the tranquil serenity that they can find here espeically while losing themselves to the mountains. One of the best homestays in Pelling for sure.
